D. Food Vendor Application

All food vendors are asked to complete this part of the form and supply all relevant information before the application will be accepted. The Small Farming Expo aims to place a range of food vendors at each show, including general and gourmet food, Coffee Carts, Ice Cream, BBQ’s etc. ACCEPTED FOOD VENDORS WILL BE PLACED AT THE EVENT AT THE SMALL FARMING EXPO’S DISCRETION.

All food and beverage providers need to have a mobile food traders licence. You will need to provide Australian Events with a copy of your license and ensure that it is acceptable to the local Council where our particular event is being held. You will also need to provide a copy of a current certificate of currency for Public Liability Insurance. If you do not have cover for public liability, we can arrange cover at the cost of $149.50 per event. You will be asked to supply these documents upon acceptance of site space.

I accept that this represents a contract between myself as the exhibitor and the
committee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the event. I certify that the contents of this application form are true and accurate.

5. Small Breeds Expo Office receiving a current copy of your Public Liability Insurance (this can be faxed to 07 3891 3066 or sent as an attachment to an email info@smallbreedexpo.com.au) and any other compulsory licensing documents e.g. Food number, pic number

6. Direct Deposit Details Please note down the following bank details and make sure that your Trading Name is included in this transaction:

7. Please note the application is still not complete until the payment has been cleared and we have received a current copy of your Insurance Policy. We will then be aware of when the current copy expires and if we don’t receive a renewed copy of the Certificate of Currency at the appropriate time we will contact you. Please be aware you may not come on the grounds without us having a current copy of your Insurance Policy on the day of the Field Day
